Traffic GB provides support in the field to ensure equipment is well maintained, and can get repaired efficiently.
Supporting a range of traffic equipment including traffic counting and journey time equipment our competent and responsive engineers are always on hand to help at any site anywhere in Great Britain.
Individual site visits to diagnose faults and repair equipment can be scheduled and ordered on demand, or on a prearranged contract basis.
Services can also be provided to undertake daily inspections of network-connected equipment to ensure they are operable, and to instigate a support plan should some system encounter an error. Available 365 days a year, an outage can automatically trigger a maintenance visit in line with an SLA or a simple end-user notification.
Our engineers are able to advise on a full range of equipment installation and integration based on end use requirements, right up to full Smart City and control room deployments.
